Candidates should have at least 3 years experience in conducting financial due diligences particularly in China. Candidates with similar years of experience in conducting tax due diligence will also be considered. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Associate.

The successful candidate will also have an opportunity to be involved in other SAS service offerings including M&A advisory, restructuring, litigation support and forensic accounting.

Requirements:

• Degree holder, from any disciplines.
• An excellent command in both written and verbal English and Chinese, both Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Be passionate for providing exceptional quality service and striving for exceeding clients’ expectations
