Job Description
Job Duties:
- Handle full set of accounting
- Administrative support to HR team (time attendance record, leave record, visa application, etc)
- Ordering of pantry supplies and stationery
- Arranging hotel accommodation for expatriates and visitors
- Managing daily incoming/outgoing mails & courier services
- Coordinating office facility maintenance
- Any ad hoc duties/ projects as assigned by the manager
Requirements:
- Form 7 or above / IVE graduates
- Minimum 5 years accounting work experience
- LCCI Level 3 certificate holder or above in accounting or related discipline is preferred
- 5-7 years of relevant experience working in a small-medium size company
- Good command of spoken and written English/Chinese
- Responsible, self-motivated, hardworking and willing to learn
- Excel and MS Word skills
- Detail oriented, Self-starter, Organized and Independent
