You will be an integral part of our team focused on delivering quality service to our Management and Clients
Job Description
Accounting position which will support the daily financial and administrative functions within the Hong Kong office. This person will also work closely with the Shanghai Office in support of common business objectives.
Job Duties
To assist in handling full set of books
To review vendors’ invoices and employees’ expense reports prior for payments
To assist in daily data input, issuing invoice, cheque and filing
To assist in all financial, tax, audit and administration matters
To assist in Interface with Account Services and Technical Services departments for information gathering and reporting
Other ad hoc assignments
Characteristics & Requirements
LCC Higher Certificate or above
1-2 years experience in accounting
Hands-on experience in using ERP system will be an advantage
Mature, initiative with good analytical and communications skills with different levels
Immediately available is highly desirable
