Job Description:

• Report to Finance Manager

• Responsible for full set of accounts and day-to-day accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, receipt, bank reconciliation and payment arrangements etc.

• Maintain petty cash book and handle employees reimbursement claims

• Handle intercompany transactions and monthly reconciliations
• Update payment documents log book file
• Prepare Vouchers and Invoices
• Perform ad-hoc projects and tasks

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Higher Diploma holder or above in LCC higher/Accounting qualification
• 2-4 years’ relevant experience in accounting, experience in MNC is a plus
• Familiar with ACCPAC application is an advantage
• Familiar with MS Office Applications (e.. MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Good presentation skill and well organized
• Work independently and under pressure
• Immediate available is preferred

(Candidate with less experience will be considered as Accounts Clerk)
