Job Descriptions:

• Assist in full spectrum of HR functions, including staff attendance and leave management, recruitment, compensation and benefit, etc
• Assist in general office and retail shop administration & maintenance
• Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
• Conducts benefits enrollment for new employees.
• Submits the online investigation requests and assists with new employee background      checks.
• Updates HR spreadsheet with employee change requests and processes paperwork.
• Prepares new employee files.
• Prepare periodical reports and perform ad hoc projects as assigned

 Job Requirements:

• Diploma Holder preferably in HRM or related disciplines
• Minimum 2-3 year relevant working experience, in retail industry is an advantage
• Pleasant and proactive personality, well organized, be able to handle multitasks and work under pressure and meet tight timeline
• Self-motivated, detail-minded with excellent interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS office and Chinese word-processing
• Immediate available is an advantage
