Responsibilities:
The incumbent will provide a full range of administrative support to the department, such as filing, stationaries orders, vender arrangements and data entry.
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above;
- A minimum of 2 years’ administration experience;
- Excellent command of English and Chinese, knowledge in Putonghua is an advantage;
- Proficient in PC applications including hands-on-knowledge of Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing will be an advantage;
- Good organization and coordination skills are essential;
- Diligent, initiative and able to work independently;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills are required;
- With a strong sense of responsibility and impeccable integrity; and
- Working experience in the financial industry preferred.
