Responsibilities:

The incumbent will provide a full range of administrative support to the department, such as filing, stationaries orders, vender arrangements and data entry.

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above;
• A minimum of 2 years’ administration experience;
• Excellent command of English and Chinese, knowledge in Putonghua is an advantage;
• Proficient in PC applications including hands-on-knowledge of Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing will be an advantage;
• Good organization and coordination skills are essential;
• Diligent, initiative and able to work independently;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills are required;
• With a strong sense of responsibility and impeccable integrity; and
• Working experience in the financial industry preferred.
