Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle full spectrum of human resources duties including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations;
  • Handle monthly Payroll & MPF, insurance and medical administration, leave system and monitoring attendance record;
  • Support the development and implementing of HR strategies and policies
  • Compile regular HR related statistics and reports; and
  • Assist in general office administration duties.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or equivalent in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
  • At least two years or above solid work experience in human resources management or related experience
  • Well versed in HK Labor Ordinance
  • Detail minded with good organizational and time management skills to handle multi-tasks
  • Self-driven individual with a positive attitude
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Willing to under-take working pressure
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
