Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of human resources duties including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations;
- Handle monthly Payroll & MPF, insurance and medical administration, leave system and monitoring attendance record;
- Support the development and implementing of HR strategies and policies
- Compile regular HR related statistics and reports; and
- Assist in general office administration duties.
Requirements:
- Degree holder or equivalent in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
- At least two years or above solid work experience in human resources management or related experience
- Well versed in HK Labor Ordinance
- Detail minded with good organizational and time management skills to handle multi-tasks
- Self-driven individual with a positive attitude
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Willing to under-take working pressure
- Immediate available is highly preferred
