Main Job description:

• To develop and implement cross-functional initiatives with the internal operation and sales & marketing teams and focus on operations, logistics and transportation services
• Handle all customs clearance issue
• Drive business process improvements through effective supply chain management
• Ensure all policies and procedures of the procurement, warehouse and distribution centers are aligned with corporate strategies
• To provide cost - effective logistics solutions
• To develop a professional and motivated operational team, and implement efficient manpower planning
• To manage daily operation and office administration
• Strong system, automation initiatives to continuously improve the operation efficiency
• Mainly work at Shenzhen
  
  
  

We look for:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• At least 5 years of Supply Chain Management experience in China companies
• Ability to analyze problems, issues and make sound logical decisions and plans; strong cost control ability
• Familiar with China working culture and China customs issue
• Knowledge of business accounting
• Excellent people and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and work well with people at all levels in the organization
• Strong entrepreneurship, leadership, people management skill, self-motivated, result-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
