JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Conduct training needs analyses, formulate and review of training policy and programs
• Conduct training on brand and corporate identity, products, sales technique, customer services, language (oral English and Mandarin) and management skills
• Develop, Design and deliver the training programs or projects for all levels of staff according to the training schedule
• Work with operations teams on sales performance and training needs analysis
• Formulate the training strategies, annual training plan and budgets
• Measure and evaluate the training results and effectiveness and recommend program changes to enhance staff performance in achieving the goals of the organization
• Prepare and consolidate statistical report and feedback surveys of the training programs
• Develop, organize and maintain an updated database on training programs, manuals and related records
• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties in executing training initiatives
• Conduct shop visit and coaching to frontline staff
• Take part in ad-hoc projects assigned by the top management

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

• Degree holder in related discipline
• Working experience in retail industry is a must
• Holder of other professional training qualifications is definitely advantageous
• At least 3-5 years relevant working experience in Training and Development preferably in Retail Industries
• Excellent presentation skills
• Internal consulting approach, with the ability to guide needs analysis and understand business needs across different units and multiple stakeholders
• Attention to details, self-motivated, and independent with excellent interpersonal skills in working with all levels of staff
• Good time management and project management skills in completing multiple tasks within tight deadline
• Good communication in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
