Job Description
Job Descriptions :
- Assist in performing full spectrum of HR & Administration functions
- Conduct interviews for general positions when necessary
- Prepare employment contract, administer HRIS and organize P-file
- Coordinate training schedules and logistic matters
- Prepare regular HR statistic reports and analysis
- Support in organizing company functions, staff activities and general administration works
- Maintain an effective record of the company, including data entry and filing
- Take on ad hoc projects as required
Job Requirements :
- Diploma / degree holder in Business Administration, HRM or related discipline
- Min 3 yrs working experience in HR & Admin of a sizable firm;
- Knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related regulations;
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing, preferably with knowledge in using HRM System;
- Good interpersonal skill, detail oriented and willing to accept responsibilities
- Strong self-motivation and able to work independently
- Strong at numeric or statistical computation an advantage
- Immediate available is highly preferred
