Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full functions of HR, including payroll, roster, leave management and employee relations
- Manage all aspects of office administration like office supplies, office equipment, facilities maintenance and renovation etc
- Maintain an effective record of the company, including data entry and filing
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of entire working environment
- Handle ad-hoc projects and assignments
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline with at least 3 years HR and Admin experience, preferably from cruise industry
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment and MPF Ordinance, tax issues and other regulatory practices
- Familiar with Seafarers Ordinance is an advantage
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, good communication skills in written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
- Good analytical and communication skill, mature, independent, well organized, dynamic, proactive and able to handle multi-tasks under pressure
- Strong sense of responsibilities and customer service ethic are essential
