Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform all reception duties and assist in office administrative work.
- Manage all secretarial duties of the direct manager including calendaring of appointments, updating contacts, and maintaining travel itineraries.
- Provide office administration support and assist Accountant to handle daily accounting tasks.
- Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Post secondary graduate or above, preferred in accounting or other business related disciplines;
- 1 year administration experience preferred.
- Must be fluent in spoken MANDARIN, English and Cantonese.
- Excellent typing skills in Chinese and English.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Good communication skills, mature and strong sense of responsibility
- Highly organised, with initiative and analytical mind
