Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall reception duties and to greet customers in a professional manner;
• Handle all incoming & outgoing mail / parcels;
• Provide clerical support and perform other ad hoc duties when required.

Job Requirements:

•  1-2 year working experience is preferable;
• Independent, well-organized and with a good customer service sense;
• Pleasant personality, self-initiative, good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good command in English, Putonghua & Cantonese;
• Familiar with MS Office & Chinese word processing.
