Job Responsibilities:

• Formulate & execute effective sales & marketing strategies to drive continuous growth and market share of skincare and beauty sector in the Mainland China as well as achieving growth targets in accordance with corporate objectives and directions
• Capable to maximize Marketing ROI.
• Analyze the marketplace, consumer behavior and competitors’ activities
• Responsible for brand build, manage and structure best product portfolio, pricing and profit margin to ensure competitive position in Mainland China market
• Accountable for the strategic acquiring, cultivating, maintaining, supporting and growing the current business partners in the Mainland China
• Explore new sales opportunities, develop distribution channel and sales leads
• Responsible for regular P&L, budget control and sales analysis
• Design successful monthly and annual Sales & Marketing plans and all Sales & Marketing materials (in Chinese) to drive incremental traffic and sales as well as to evaluate results by carrying out constant regular and intensive analysis
• Responsible for training, project and event management
• Strengthen Mainland China media relations to reinforce brand image & awareness and maximize exposure within the approved budget
• Design online marketing activities and website contents to capture rapid profitable growth in Mainland China
• Lead and inspire team members in goals and objectives achievement

 Requirements:

• Bachelor / Master Degree holder in Marketing or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ proven sales and marketing working experience in product sales with achievement in Mainland China, with at least 2 years of senior leadership

• Pro-active, result-driven, independent, proven team leading, with strong business sense
• Excellent planning, project management as well as execution skills
• Enjoy challenges and passionate in winning
• Good interpersonal and communications skills, self-motivated and a good team leader and player
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin are MUST.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Traditional Chinese word processing are must
• Frequent traveling in Mainland China is required
• Immediate or short notice would be an advantage
• Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager – China (Skin care & beauty services)
