Job Responsibilities: 

• Formulate & execute effective sales & marketing strategies to drive continuous growth and market share of skincare and beauty sector in the Asia Pacific Region and achieve growth targets in accordance with corporate objectives and directions
• Capable to maximize Marketing ROI.
• Analyze the marketplace, consumer behavior and competitors’ activities
• Responsible for brand build, manage and structure best product portfolio, pricing and profit margin to ensure competitive position in Asia Pacific market
• Accountable for the strategic acquiring, cultivating, maintaining, supporting and growing the current business partners as well as exploring new business partners in the Asia Pacific Region
• Responsible for regular P&L, budget control and sales analysis
• Design successful monthly and annual Sales & Marketing plans and all Sales & Marketing materials (in both English and Chinese) to drive incremental traffic and sales as well as to evaluate results by carrying out constant regular and intensive analysis
• Responsible for training, project and event management
• Strengthen Asia Pacific regional media relations to reinforce brand image & awareness and maximize exposure within the approved budget
• Lead and inspire team members in goals and objectives achievement 

 Requirements:

• Bachelor / Master Degree holder in Marketing or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ proven sales and marketing working experience in product sales with achievement in Asia Pacific Region, with at least 2 years of senior leadership
• Pro-active, result-driven, independent, proven team leading, with strong business sense
• Excellent planning, project management as well as execution skills
• Enjoy challenges and passionate in winning
• Good interpersonal and communications skills, self-motivated and a good team leader and player
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin are MUST.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Traditional Chinese word processing are must
• Frequent traveling in Asia Pacific Region is required
• Immediate or short notice would be an advantage
