Responsibilities:

• Manage and operate marketplace sites/ stores assigned to increase orders, market share, sales revenue and profits to meet company targets
• Plan and implement effective online marketing campaigns/ promotions
• Manage product listings, pricing, conduct market research and data analysis
• Feasibility study of new marketplaces/ Explore areas of E-commerce opportunity to extend business scope & drive market share/ revenue in global market
• Prepare effective promotions and advertising write up, product highlights and marketing materials copywriting in English and Chinese content.
• Develop marketing strategies and enhance customer relationship through different online channels
• Assist any ad hoc work and projects assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder in E-Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Language, Communication or related field
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience (E-commerce/ Marketing/ Global Business/ Health & Beauty)
• Strong knowledge of E-commerce environment and e-marketing trends, good marketing sense and creativity.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in more foreign language(s) would be an advantage
• Passionate and familiar with Beauty and Health products. Experience in Skincare, cosmetics or feminine industry would be an advantage
• Experience in Global/China marketplaces like eBay, Amazon, Tmall, JD.com, AliExpress, Rakuten, Gmarket/Qoo10 etc (with proven record) would be an advantage
• Self-motivated, driven, creative, able to handle multi-tasks/ projects and meet tight deadlines, eager to learn new technologies and a good team player
• Proficiency in Chinese & English Word Processing, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HTML
