Responsibilities:

• Run the day-to-day operations of the production plant
• Oversee the whole manufacturing operations in various aspects including production, maintenance and supply chain management
• Provide effective methods, technical solution and troubleshooting for the operation teams
• Work closely and coordinate with cross functional departments to ensure smooth operations
• Program budgets, control inventory, handle logistics functions, materials planning, production scheduling
• Ensure full compliance of both internal and external rules and regulations
• Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the plant operations
  

Requirement:

• Certificate or above in Manufacturing Management, construction Engineering or related discipline
• Min. 8 years of management experience in manufacturing, plant operations and production management
• Experience in production of marble and granite is an advantage
• Excellent skills in leadership, communication and problem solving
• Good spoken in Cantonese and Mandarin
• Stationed in Fujian
