Interior Project Manager / Assistant Interior Project Manager

• Diploma/Degree in interior design, architecture, project/construction management, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in managing high-end residential/hospitality/commercial interior or architecture projects in HK;
• Effective monitoring of construction progress, good communication with consultant and construction teams;
• Practical knowledge in construction methodology / fitting out detailing, and contract administration.
• Independent, self-motivated, and responsible;
• A good team player;
• Good communication skills to handle challenging situations involving clients, consultant and construction teams;
• Drive to work under tight schedule and willing to work overtime when needed.
• Good command of Cantonese.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Interior Project Manager.
