The principal activity of the Company is investment holding and property developing through its subsidiaries. the Company is now principally engaged in developing a series of resort / hotel / retail / casino in an American Island Saipan, all designed by top international designers. We are looking for bright, energetic and highly motivated professionals to join our design and planning department to engage in the delivery of this high profile project.

Job Description: 

• Extensive Interior Design / Lighting Design experience to be internal advisor to Chairman & Management on all Interior design / Lighting Design issue

• Work closely with the internal and external project management & operation teams from theming, positioning, space program, planning to execution for casino & 5 stars hotel development projects
• Understand the structural requirements of the plans, life safety issues, building codes and other technical aspects. Understanding of project fee and budget
• To prepare design brief and requirement with General Manager and Chairman. Lead, communicate & co-ordinate with design consultants and contractors to deliver design according to management’s direction
• Understand and have profound knowledge of materials and products that will be used to create and furnish the space and how texture, color, lighting and other factors combine and interact to create high standard of casino / 5 stars hotel interior space
• Supervise design consultants to prepare working drawings and assist with specifications for interior construction, space planning, materials, finishes, furniture, furnishings, fixtures, lighting, equipment and millwork; create sample boards; knowledgeable in the areas of building construction, interior fit-out materials, specifications, codes, technical drawing and business practices
• Collaborate with other consultants who offer professional services in the technical areas of mechanical, electrical and structural design as well as any specialty consultants as required
• Build up & develop interior/lighting project management team & database / library for IR & casino / hotel interior projects
• Administer contract documents and negotiations against the consultants as required
• Carry out construction administration under supervision of leadership
• Attend design & co-ordination site meeting as and when required to resolve any issues that arise

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 15 to 20 years of relevant industry experience as an interior / lighting design project manager, Exposures to Cotai Casino / luxury hotel & resort projects and experience in Casino / hotel interior design or lighting design
• Strong hand drawing, sketching & presentation skills
• Strong technical skills (AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup/3D Max, MS Office, Photoshop & Powerpoint)
• Understand the design process and able to comprehend the company needs and goals
• Well-developed time management and organizational skills required to undertake complex casino / hotel projects
• Strong experience & knowledge to casino / hotel operation, design standard for individual functional spaces & MEP requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
