Job functions:

• Lead and manage engineering functions includes Project Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Sample Engineering, and Cost Engineering;
• Set and manage the department’s objectives to meet the company goals;
• Formulate strategies and drive for continuous improvement on engineering systems that leads to higher productivity, capability and accuracy;
• Direct staff to resolve technical problems by employing engineering methodology and advanced technologies, with statistical analysis;
• Drive for cost reduction and quality improvement through manufacturing process and productivity improvement;
• Strengthen organization through resources development
• Monitor and oversee progress of projects from product development to mass production with close control in project schedules, development costs, product costing and quality.
• Perform ad hoc projects assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Manufacturing or other related disciplines
• Min. 15 years experience in mechanical, product engineering and manufacturing engineering preferably in printing or toy industry in which 8 years in management level.
• Experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean manufacturing, and 6 Sigma is preferable
• Strong in leadership, project management and result-oriented
• Good problem solving, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills,
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and Mandarin
• Station at Dongguan
