Job Duties職責:

l Prepare and cook food for members and guests 為會員及客人準備及烹調食物

l Checks daily and weekly menus檢查每日和每週的菜單

l Operates utensils and crockery used in kitchen使用在廚房的餐具

Requirements 工作要求:

l At least 2 year’s relevant experience  2年或以上相關的工作經驗

l Basic knowledge in food preparation  對準備食物有基本知識

l Positive, friendly and enjoys interacting with people積極、友善、俱團隊合作精神

l Self motivated and disciplined願意努力工作

l Shift duties需輪班工作     

Established in 1904, the Kowloon Cricket Club (KCC) is a private members’ club and is one of the leading sporting clubs in Hong Kong. We, promote participation in cricket and a wide variety of other sports, as well as encouraging social activities.  We have a green environment in the heart of Kowloon. KCC’s facilities are also open to outside bodies such as schools and voluntary organizations, and we have a particular emphasis on training and nurturing the youth in many different sports.
