The Job:

• To provide full-range of travel arrangement and consultancy services on cruise packages and handle itinerary planning and enquiries independently. The incumbent also assists in developing existing cruise market & identifying new areas of development.

Requirements: 

• Completion of secondary education or above, preferable with Certificate in Travel and Tourism
• Around 2-3 years’ related experience in travel agency
• Hands-on experience in planning trips involving local transfer arrangement as well as sightseeing tours in long haul destinations is preferred
• Knowledge and experience in Cruise will be an advantage, or passionate to develop a career in Cruise
• Sound product and fare knowledge, and hands-on reservation and ticketing skills (Abacus, Galileo) with good PC literacy
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (preferably Putonghua)
• Good communication, presentation and customer service skills
