Responsibilities

• Assist the Hotel Manager to operate our hotel
• Lead a team of staff across guest service and housekeeping
• To provide excellent customer service to our clients, both internal and external
• Work with technician and 3rd party contractors to ensure the hotel is maintained to Ovolo standards
• Control and monitor daily activities for staff enhancement and training, etc
• Responsible for inventory & cost control

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree holder above, preferable in hotel management/hospitality
• At least 3 years experience, of which at least 3 years in a similar capacity in the hotel industry (candidates with lesser experience can be considered as Assistant Manager)
• A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills with positive service attitude
• Fluency in English, Chinese; other languages are added value
• Self-motivated, service-oriented with focusing on customer care; able to work independently
• Can work well under pressure and tight deadline with result-oriented attitude
• Familiar with MS Word/Excel/Outlook & internet, etc
