Responsibilities:

• Answer customer hotline enquiries and handle simple customer complain
• Provide counter services to our customers
• Handle the customers orders processing & following up the orders
• Coordinate with internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction
• Shift work required 10:00 - 19:00 (Mon-Fri), 10:00 - 14:00 (Alternative Saturday working)

Requirements:

• Good command of spoken English and Cantonese, Putonghua is preferred
• Good PC knowledge including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Ability to work independently
• Good interpersonal skill and excellent telephone manner
• Immediate available is highly prioritized
