Responsibilities

• Provide product labeling inspection services to all related Business Units / Market / Services / vendors
• Perform Article’s labeling inspection, verification of product testing reports and required documentation to ensure all article meeting the Local Food / product regulatory requirements, and the supply source validation
• Perform shipment inspection on product’s packaging label inspection for products exports based on the Local regulations of the importing country of Market
• Perform label audit activity & report in stores according to established Compliance audit procedure
• Provide up-to-date food laws & regulations information updates to the team by research / study
• Recommend changes on procedures and work flow to enhance operation effectiveness and efficiency

 Requirement:

• Degree in Food & Nutrition Science
• With basic knowledge of Hong Kong food law and regulations preferable
• Able to handle multiple tasks under a tight schedule & rapidly changing environment while    maintaining attention to details and accuracy
• Responsible, proactive, good interpersonal and problem solving skill
• Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese, with basic knowledge of Japanese and Korean is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
