Responsibilities:

• Assist in New Project Introduction (NPI) and marketing activities including, sampling, costing, quotation, sales order and sales report etc;
• Assist in materials procurement and liaise with suppliers sticking to project schedule;
• R&D for new products, materials, structures or new fabrication processes for meeting customer requirements;
• Communicate with customers for requirements capture;
• Undertake administrative tasks such as purchase orders, invoicing, shipping doc, etc;
• Arranging import and export shipment;
• Handle in sales administration and other ad hoc projects.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing/ Engineering or equivalent;
• At least 2 years relevant experience in merchandiser/ project assistant/ R&D with manufacturing background preferable;
• Fluent in spoken & written English & Mandarin;
• Proficiency in PC operations & MS application;
• Team work, well-organized, responsible and able to work under pressure;
• Travel to PRC liaising with suppliers when necessary;
• Flexible, proactive and open to changes.
