Key Roles & Responsibilities 

• Develop and schedule the training for suppliers to ensure the social, labor, environment, safety and ethical standard are in compliance with corporate and international standards. 
• Review the internal & 3^rd party audit reports and manage suppliers’/factories’ corrective action plan. 
• Work out and schedule the effective communication channel with suppliers regarding compliance issues. 
• Maintain and update the records for Compliance programs. 
• Assist in development and implementation of the compliance projects/initiatives/programs. 

Requirements 

• University graduate with minimum 6 years relevant work experience  
• Strong knowledge of international labor law including Hong Kong, China, Bangladesh etc. 
• Strong knowledge of fire, building, health and safety  
• High proficiency in spoken & written English and Chinese including Mandarin 
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, high ethical standards, energetic and drive to achieve results
• Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Compliance Officer
