Responsibilities:

• Manage a team to provide professional services to the assigned clients.
• Manage all the marketing communications activities for the agreed programmes.
• Act as the brand guardian for the programmes.
• Lead and develop marketing activities as appropriate.
• Plan and drive e-commerce platform and ad-hoc digital projects.
• Build and maintain professional relationship with the client and third parties.
• Support the Business Development Director in the implementation of marketing communications functions.

 Requirements: 

• Degree holder, preferably in Marketing or Business related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a CRM marketing / advertising agency environment with a focus on client servicing.
• Experience of senior level communications in either an agency or client role.
• Proven track record in project management.
• Online marketing, social media and agency account servicing experience a plus.
• Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multi-task and deliver high quality work across markets to tight deadlines.
• Excellent command of MS Office applications.
• Strong written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Energetic, proactive, passionate and confident personality.
