Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle full spectrum of CS functions, including customer enquiries and requests
- Customer relationship management, including engaging customers
- Maintain and update CS and operation documentation and knowledge base
- Extract data, prepare reports and closely monitor service level and performance
- Communicate with Operations Team to enhance service standard
- Assist in CS projects and ad-hoc assignments
Requirements
- Over 1 year relevant experience preferable in retail industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Superb service attitude and manner
- Proactive, independent, well organized and a good team player
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
