Job Duties:

• Responsible to follow the project progress
• Project administration
• Preparing project proposals, progress reports, promotional materials and event summaries etc.
• Event and Project management (product launches, press conference, fashion shows, etc)
• Organizing and coordinating the company’s new project
• Supervise the team on overall account servicing performance
• Manage project execution and results
• Build and maintain good media relations
• Press release writing
• Coordinate with the team, clients, consultants, main-contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers for event / project accomplishment
• Coordination with team of consultants
• Ensuring timelines are strictly followed
• Overseas travel may be required

Requirements:

• University graduate in Public Relations, Communications, Language disciplines, Project Management are preferable
• Minimum 4 years' working experience in project management or related field
• High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Excellent communication, planning, organizing, presentable and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using MS office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc., Chinese input is a must
• Good media connection is an advantage
• Mature, responsible, trustworthy, self-motivated, pleasant and able to work independently
• Well-organized, Proactive, committed and passionate at work (very important!)
• Good communication and interpersonal skill, self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Able to work independently as a leader, and participate in team work
• Immediate available is preferred
