Job Responsibilities:

• Provide general support to departments including Sales & Marketing Department and Administration Department;
• Receive, check and consolidate Sales Order
• Resolve issues related to order, shipment, and delivery
• Handle customer request and attain their satisfaction
• Assist in Ad hoc assignment and miscellaneous duties
  
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Business or related discipline
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience
• Good command of written & spoken English & Putonghua
• Good PC skills on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Well organized, responsible, proactive and detail-oriented
