Job Description :

-  Take up the role of community management on Facebook account to proactively seek out, join, 
   fuel, crate and lead conversations with consumers online to strengthen the brand image and enhance
   brand awareness.

-  Drive positive sentiment and advocacy by engaging with consumers online to deliver against the
   Social Engagement Strategy.

-  Handle the community daily operation including posting, conversation calendar and Facebook
   advertising review, comment and inbox message replying, content customization, campaign
   feedbacks, service quality insurance, issue handling and community management plan.

-  Screen and allocate complaints on facebook that need to follow up to call centre for handling.

-  Provide Facebook campaign information / briefing to call centre.

-  Consolidate and analyze various statistics to compile reports and consumer insights

Qualification Required  :

-  Degree in Business, Marketing, Multimedia Studies, e-Commerce or related disciplines.
-  At least 1-2 years hands-on experience in relevant/ similar social media/ facebook operations/
   customer service
-  Energetic initiative, detail-minded, creative, able to think out of the box to propose new digital ideas
-  Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin preferred
-  Proficient PC and internet skills, knowledge of social media and customer service
-  High emotional intelligence and willing to learn and take up challenges
-  Knowledge in Photoshop is an advantage

Candidate who has less experience will be considered as Social Media Executive.
