Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory flow and execute the allocation of products for our chain of retail stores
• Execute regular markdowns by SKU
• Develop and implement inventory allocation plan to ensure proper inventory levels and product mix
• Coordinate with product team for building up merchandising assortment plans
• Analyze sales performances for assigned categories and products and revise buys to reflect current trends
• Forecast necessary adjustments at the store and inventory level
• Coordinate and arrange inter-shop transfers
• Analyze sales trend to determine the next trend for sales

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above, with minimum 1 year relevant experience in retail, and/or consumer goods industries
• Strong numerical, negotiation and analytical skills
• Good working knowledge and proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
• Independent, self-motivated and good interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English, Chinese and Mandarin
