Role & Responsibilities :

· Liaise/ Coordinate with related parties and internal departments for all assigned projects

· Responsible for the quality control of contractors' deliverables

· Overall supervision of building works, fitting out, A&A works

· Manage all project activities and requirements with consultants, authorities, contractors 

and other personnel to ensure the completion of projects in a cost-effective manner and 

within the time frame and quality standards set by the managements

Job Requirements :

· Corporate member of a recognized professional institute in the construction industry is

  preferred, either mechanical and electrical engineer or construction background

· 10 years or above relevant experience of which related to fitting out works and A&A 

  works is preferable

· Provide monthly reports and making presentation to senior management on project 

  performance and budget

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

· PC Knowledge (Word, Excel, AutoCAD software and Microsoft Project)
