Job Duties:

•  Data entry
•  Documents Filing    
•  Prepare parcels and handle courier shipments
•  Receptionist (welcome guests, handles phone calls)
•  Assist the Product Compliance team in liaising with third party laboratories
•  Assist Product Development Department in liasing with vendors
•  Handle general clerical work and support daily office operations
•  Working closely with other team members to accomplish team goals
•  5 Days work
  
  
  

Requirements:

•  Form 5 or above
•  3 years working experience
•  Good command of written/spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin                             
•  Good communication and interpersonal skills
•  Independent, responsible, detail attentive
•  Good computer knowledge in Microsoft Office Package and Chinese Word Processing     
•  Familiarity in the use of ERP system is a plus
