Job Description

• Report to the General Manager
• Coordinate stock and delivery timeline with Planning & Allocation team, Merchandising team and Retail Operations team
• Monitor KPI related on store inventory management in 4 product line, including Calvin Klein Jeans / Underwear / Accessories / Performance
• Consolidate store order enquiries, follow up product deliveries and communicate with stores on product information
• Provide accurate sales performance information on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, compiling and completing reports and analysis
• Prepare new launch information to all stores in Hong Kong
• Assist ad hoc projects and assignments e.g. store opening/renovation and maintenance affairs

Requirement

• Degree holder or equivalent
• 3+ years of relevant experience in retail industry
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Strong administration and organizational skills with attention to details
• Proficient MS office, especially MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint
• Strong communications skills and analytical skills
