Job Description

We are now looking for results-driven and dedicated talents to join our South China Sales organization. He / she will work closely with assigned current major Clients as well as identify and secure new clients who are located in South China and have business opportunities to Europe and other trade lanes.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Sales process

  1. Manage and execute sales pipeline process to qualify opportunities and identify client’s business strategies, objectives, logistics and transportation needs and buying criteria
  2. Develop and articulate value-based solutions to address client’s needs
  3. Explore local market and increase local controlled business ratio and enlarge account bases

B. Customer Relationships

  1. Establish strong, multi-level, win/win relationships with new and existing customers
  2. Timely drive product promotion and grasp business opportunities with timely respond to inquiries

C. Post sales support

Communicate with other department to ensure best in class service delivery to customers

Who we are looking for:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related discipline;
  • B2B sales experience and/or from logistics/transportation industry is preferred;
  • “Hunting” sales skills coupling with strong knowledge in Hong Kong / China economic and trading environment;
  • Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines;
  • Self-motivated with out-going personality;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a good team player;
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese
