Job Duties:

• Co-ordinate and arrange with respective departments, warehouse, forwarding agents & suppliers for orders & delivery
• Handle shipping documentation and packing list
• Responsible for daily warehouse operation activities, maintain inventory, data entry, ensure that the inventory records updated and accurate
• Prepare, pick & pack local orders
• Coordinate with internal parties to ensure services meet with customers' requirement
• Perform any other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
  
  
  

Requirements:

• F.5 or above, preferably with Higher Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain or other related disciplines 
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in logistics or warehousing industry, Exposure in trading and medical industry an advantage
• Well - organised, attentive to details
• Possess positive attitude to change, hardworking and willing to learn
• Able to handle multi tasks independently
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good PC knowledge in MS Office
• Immediate availability an advantage
