RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensure smooth operations in all aspects, such as freight forwarding, order processing, and customer service.
2. Develop policies, guidelines, procedures and strategies for continual improvements. 
3. Manage 3PL vendor(s) to ensure services and performance is up to expectation. 
4. Maintain close and regular communication with customer to ensure their concerns and issues are handled quickly. 
5. Negotiate with airlines, customer and vendors on rates, prices and contractual matters. 

REQUIREMENT

• At least 7 or above experience in air & ocean freight forwarding fields
• Must have managerial experience and strong knowledge in operations involving fast moving electronic products & cosmetic
• Proficient in process mapping and process / procedure management and suggesting improvements.
• Good knowledge of carriers and routes
• Familiar with Hong Kong, China & ASEAN policy and regulations
• Knowledge of customs regulations and freight forwarding in Greater China
• Strong analytical and communication skills and ability to work under pressure
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin is a must
• Immediate availability preferred
