Job Description
Reporting to the Executive Director, the job-holder will provide secretarial support to the Executive Director particularly in the following areas:
Job Scope:

To provide secretarial service to the Executive Director including handling of phone calls, emails, correspondences etc.

To perform committee work including scheduling of meetings, minute-taking etc

To liaise with Board Members, senior management, Head Office staff and centre management to facilitate the daily business of the Executive Director

To devise and maintain filing systems
-
To organise and maintain Director’s diary and making appointments

To produce documents, meeting papers etc
Qualifications and Requirement:
- Diploma or above, preferably in Business Studies, Secretarial Studies or related disciplines
- At least 6 years solid experience in secretarial work

Organised, detailed-oriented, good language proficiency, excellent communications skills
