Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting operations, being able to handle full set of accounts
• Handle account receivable and account payable
• Prepare daily income reports
• Assist in month end closing and schedules
• Petty cash administration
• Follow up and assist to resolve disputes with customers and operation teams
• Assist in financial audit in a timely manner
• To perform ad hoc duties as required
  
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accounting or with LCCI Level 3
• Minimum 5 years’ accounting experience
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel & Word
• Well versed in MYOB is a must
• Mature, good interpersonal communication skills are necessary
• Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Trustworthy, discreet in handling confidential information
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediately available is highly preferred
