Responsibilities:

• Responsible for accounts payable, staff expenses claim, payments and daily accounting operations 
• Handle large volume of inter company transactions and nettings 
• Prepare monthly AP, Inter company reconciliations
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepare weekly cash flow situations and forecast
• Assist the process of annual audit
• Assist to perform stock take in China factory and HK twice a year

Requirement:

• At least Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• At least 3 years experience in Accounts Payable
• Good computer literate
• Very detail oriented, hard working, responsible, can work independently
• Good in Cantonese, English, Mandarin

• Good excel skills
