Responsibilities

To be responsible for supervising the daily accounting department operations including but not limiting to financial reporting, annual audit and company secretarial work. Specifically 

1. To ensure accurate and timely submission financial reports
2. To coordinate year end closing process and review financial statements periodically including consolidation, fixed assets
3. To be responsible for annual audit and taxation filing and also any tax queries
4. To be responsible for company secretarial work internally and coordinate with outsourced company to on time filing and reporting
5. To assist any ad hoc projects and analysis if any

Requirements

1. Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Accounting and Business or related disciplines is an advantage
2. Professional qualification in Accounting professional bodies is a must
3. 5 years or above working experience and if any relevant supervisory experience is an advantage
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
5. Must be initiative with strong sense of responsibility
6. Good interpersonal skills to work with other departments
7. Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
