Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day control of all accounting systems to ensure the complete and accurate processing of financial data in accordance with internal procedures
• Maintain reliable and accurate accounting records for the Company and produce management accounts as necessary to facilitate the effective management of the Company
• Manage the accounts receivable and payable functions and prepare weekly forecast, variance analysis and plans to fulfill company goals and compliance requirements
• Monitor expenditure against budgets and advise managers of any significant variances to maintain efficiency of internal control
• Oversee the accounting / financial matters of joint venture projects / business
• Overview all administration matters

Requirements

• University degree holder in accounting or finance with minimum 5 years of experience in accounting field, previous experience in Advertising & Film production preferred
• Company secretarial knowledge is an advantage
• Good computer skills including Excel and Word and financial system
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
• High level of accuracy and detail orientation
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight reporting schedule
