Responsibilities: Assess and respond to the needs of each assignment to support Consultants in hiring Sourcing candidate via different channels provided by our networks and support Maintain and expand candidate networks Conduct interview with candidates to shortlist candidates Manage the job offer process and negotiating salary packages Search and identify potential candidates through different channels Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or above 1 year of experience in recruitment industry is highly preferred (researcher backgrounds are welcome) Passion in Recruitment Industry and interacting with people Strong interest in meeting, engaging and managing people from different backgrounds Self-disciplined, detail minded, hardworking, pro-active, willing and able to work independently (Fresh graduates will be considered as Associate Consultant) Interested candidates please forward your resume (in MS Word format) together with current and expected salary details to kennywong@ajobhk.com for consideration or contact 2151-3026 for further discussion.
