    Job Responsibilities

    • Check sales invoice, follow-up receipts variance,  update list of customer deposit and refund credit note, prepare refund request and correct the details in JDA if necessary

    • Prepare journal voucher for auto payment and bank related journal,  reconcile the bank and make necessary booking

    • Prepare HK daily sales report and gather other regional daily sales reports for management

     

    Job Requirements

    • Form 5 or above

    • Minimum 2 years solid experiences in accounting, preferably in retail industry

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Excel

    • Good communication skill and team player
