Job Responsibilities
Check sales invoice, follow-up receipts variance, update list of customer deposit and refund credit note, prepare refund request and correct the details in JDA if necessary
Prepare journal voucher for auto payment and bank related journal, reconcile the bank and make necessary booking
Prepare HK daily sales report and gather other regional daily sales reports for management
Job Requirements
Form 5 or above
Minimum 2 years solid experiences in accounting, preferably in retail industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Excel
Good communication skill and team player
