Reporting to the Accounting & Finance Director, your main responsibilities will be to:

• Handle accounts payable and reimbursement on travelling claims

• Perform account and monthly bank reconciliation

• Assist in preparing quarterly consolidation report to headquarters

• Provide support on cash collection and other ad hoc duties as required

The successful candidate will:

• Be a Form 5 Graduate with LCCI Intermediate level or above

• Have at least 2 years relevant working experience

• Have strong sense of responsibility, be willing to learn, detail oriented and can work independently

• Have good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

• Be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing

• Experience in SAP will be an advantage

• Immediately available is highly preferred
