Job Duties:

• Input accounting journal entries;
• Handle AR & AP, including document handling, tracking, liaison with internal departments and external clients / suppliers;
• Assist in the financial reporting and management reporting process;
• Assist in any ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirement

• Form 7 or above, LCCI Level 3 or above;
• Minimum 1 year work experience in accounting and/or related functions;
• Possess basic accounting knowledge and understanding in different accounting functions;
• Experience with creating  accounting journals and handling document flows;
• Ability to liaise and coordinate with internal and external suppliers/ clients on AP/AR matters;
• Proficient PC knowledge in MS Excel, experience with Flex accounting system a plus;
• Hardworking, independent and willingness to work in long hours.
