Responsibilities:

• Process bank reconciliations, data entry, and payment arrangements
• Handle A/P functions and cross check with supplier invoice
• Assist in accounts closing
• Perform ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Form 5 with LCCI Higher or above
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
• Familiar with Flex or Kingdee System is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel application and good computer knowledge
• Good interpersonal skills
• Detail minded, responsible & able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Work location: Fotan
