Requirements:

• Professional qualification or equivalent Degree in Accounting;
• At least 8 years of relevant real estate accounting experience is preferred;
• Have group companies consolidation with auditing experience;
• Hands-on experience in month-end closing and management reporting with FlexAccount software;
• Proficiency in Office applications;
• Able to meet reporting deadlines and can work under pressure and present analysis;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
• Stable, self-motivated and good communication skill;
